Incucyte Chemotaxis Analysis Software Module for cell analysis

Users can examine both label-free and fluorescently labeled chemotactic cell invasion or migration and qualitatively assess the morphology of individual cells in each well of an Incucyte® 96-well Clearview Plate.

Software features

Whole-well visualization

  • High-quality pictures and videos facilitate an in-depth examination of morphology and the effects of phenotypic treatment.
  • Zoom in on any picture digitally and observe the cells in the experiment as time passes.
  • Easy-to-use image review tools facilitate rapid access to data from any well at any time.

Monitor every cell in the experiment. Capture dynamic migration of cell and digitally zoom into any region of the high-definition images and inspect morphology. Orange circles indicate the location of pores in the Clearview membrane

User-friendly setup and fully automated image acquisition

  • Easy-to-use interface for a basic experimental configuration
  • Take pictures over hours or days, with the optics moving and the cells staying still.

Intuitive user interface. Automated image analysis enables real-time review of time-course data and on-the-fly decision-making

Powerful image analysis tools

  • Calculate the number of cells on the Clearview membrane's upper and lower surfaces.
  • Easily review and adjust image analysis parameters to customer’s liking — users are in control.
  • As cells leave the membrane’s upper surface or cling to its lower surface, count the number of those cells.

Automated image analysis. High definition phase contrast images can be acquired on both the top and bottom side of the Clearview Plate membrane. Automated image processing separates cells located on the top surface (outlined in yellow) and the bottom surface (outlined in blue) of the membrane. Pores are outlined in orange. Images are processed as they are acquired, and data can be plotted in real-time
