Reliant Healthcare Professionals, Inc. (“Reliant”) operating as FASTAFF Travel Nursing (“FASTAFF”) and U.S. Nursing Corporation (“U.S. Nursing”), today announced that Patrick Donovan has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. FASTAFF and U.S. Nursing specialize in providing nationwide rapid response nurse staffing services to healthcare facilities that have urgent needs for qualified travel and job action contingency nurses.

With 20 years in the healthcare and staffing industries, Donovan most recently served as President of Linde Healthcare and Kendall & Davis, respectively a locum tenens and permanent physician staffing agency. After founding the company in 1995, he successfully led Linde Healthcare and Kendall & Davis to acquisition by MedFinders, now a Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group company, in 2005.

FASTAFF and U.S. Nursing Executive Chairman Ray Marcy stated, “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Patrick in the past and consider him one of the finest executives in the healthcare staffing sector. As our CEO, he brings the leadership and focus that will serve the company well, in the years ahead. Patrick has the advantage of working with an outstanding management team and extraordinary employees.”

Donovan commented, “FASTAFF and U.S. Nursing innovated the rapid response service offering and the company continues to be a leader in this sphere of healthcare staffing. I have also been very impressed with the highly skilled team at FASTAFF and am excited about the potential for growth. Moving into the future, I look forward to continuing to maintain the company’s leadership role in the rapid response space for both travel nurse and healthcare job action staffing.”
