New, enhanced guarantee program from Arrowhead Electronic Healthcare for its ePRO projects

Published on August 29, 2009 at 12:37 AM · No Comments

Arrowhead Electronic Healthcare, LLC (Arrowhead) announced today its enhanced on-time, error-free guarantee program for all new ePRO projects using ePRO-LOG™ Smartphone, Web, Tablet or SMS. The guarantee specifies that the software configuration of every project will be completed per agreed upon schedule and will be free of configuration errors. If either condition is not fulfilled, customers will receive a full refund of software configuration fees upon request.

“The purpose of this guarantee program is to further align Arrowhead’s success with our customers’ success,” explained Arrowhead’s CEO Jeff Albrecht. “A 100 percent success rate for on-time, error-free configuration is a realistic target for us, largely due to the speed and precision of our new automated study build systems.”

Daniel Derr, Vice President of Technology at Arrowhead, put these new automated study-build developments into perspective, “Human error and missed deadlines have historically been difficult risks for the ePRO industry to mitigate well. For the past two years we have been engineering these risks out of ePRO-LOG™ by automating the entire study-build process from requirements to final build to testing and documentation. These are tremendous advancements for the industry, yet we’re not done. Later this year Arrowhead will launch additional automated tools that should fundamentally alter the cost structure and accessibility of ePRO throughout the industry.”

All Arrowhead customers starting a project between July 1, 2009 and August 31, 2009 are automatically enrolled in the On-time, Error-free Guarantee Program. Arrowhead will review customer interest to determine whether the program will be extended through 2010.
