Xcorporeal to trade under the symbol “XCRP” on the Pink Sheets Electronic OTC Market

Xcorporeal, Inc. (Pink Sheets: XCRP) (the “Company” or “Xcorporeal”) announced that, effective as of today, the Company’s common stock commenced trading on the Pink Sheets Electronic OTC Market, an inter-dealer electronic quotation service for securities traded over-the-counter also known as the Pink Sheets, under the symbol “XCRP”. For more information about this service, please see www.pinksheets.com. The Company intends to continue to make financial information available on a regular basis in accordance with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition, effective as of today’s date, pursuant to the terms of the letter received from NYSE Amex LLC (formerly American Stock Exchange, “Amex”) on August 20, 2009, the Company’s common stock has been suspended from trading on Amex. The Company may seek in the future to have its common stock traded on the OTC Bulletin Board, but there can be no assurance that it will be successful in such efforts.
