Eurogentec to acquire Anaspec, a private proteomics company in California

Eurogentec S.A. (“Eurogentec”) announces today a final agreement for the acquisition of AnaSpec, Inc. (“AnaSpec” or the “Company”), a privately-held proteomics company based in Fremont, California.
