Press Ganey Associates announces the formation of a new strategic consulting group to help further client improvement efforts. The Press Ganey Consulting Group, which consists of experts including former hospital administrators and medical staff, offers a unique perspective on the industry. In addition to their experience, the group is backed by the largest comparative customer feedback databases in the industry enabling them to help health care leaders build high-performing organizations.

"We are extremely pleased to be able to offer this next level of consulting service to our clients," said Richard Siegrist, president and CEO of Press Ganey Associates. "Our consultants possess a depth and breadth of health care experience that can be tailored to each client's unique situation. This is one more way Press Ganey is dedicating itself to being a true partner in improvement."

Press Ganey's consultants understand and identify with the unique challenges and circumstances health care organizations face. The main goals of the new consulting group are to help organizations excel in operational and clinical goals, market share, patient satisfaction, and financial results. Through an in-depth consulting process that reaches all stakeholders in these areas, the consultants will provide a multitude of improvement services, including:

  • Employee and physician personal mentoring
  • Manager, physician, and executive one-on-one coaching
  • Focus groups
  • Orientation programs
  • Community image consulting
  • Patient flow optimization

"Our approach provides a constant framework to ensure that we search for a true root cause of issues and provide solutions that are based on the cause, not just the symptom," said Debbie Paller, vice president of the Press Ganey Consulting Group. "We pride ourselves on sustainability so that the changes we help organizations implement have a lasting effect."
