agreement with The Healing Center of Montana for the territory of
Livingston County, Montana for purposes of operating a medical marijuana
collective and distribution center for medical marijuana patients as
pertains to Montana state and Livingston County law.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement Health Sciences Group will
operate under the Healing Center-Livingston.
