QuadraMed® Corporation (NASDAQ:QDHC), a leading provider of healthcare technologies and services that help turn quality care into positive financial outcomes, will demonstrate its award-winning electronic health record (EHR) and Smart Identity Management solutions at the annual Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Conference and Exhibition’s Interoperability Showcase. The event takes place March 1-4 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

“As hospitals and physicians move toward greater use of EHR technology and solutions to assist with upcoming challenges, such as the transition to ICD-10, we’re proud to demonstrate how our acclaimed QCPR solution can positively impact quality of care, while helping hospitals meet “meaningful use”

The HIMSS Interoperability Showcase, located at booth #233 in Hall C, will incorporate the initial, proposed metrics of “Meaningful Use” of electronic health record and other connected systems as part of its real-time demonstrations. QCPR, QuadraMed’s comprehensive EHR solution, will enable attendees to experience how patient information from two unique ambulatory scenarios can be retrieved and displayed from a centralized document repository and accessed by primary care physicians and other care providers.

QuadraMed’s “Best in KLAS,” Smart Identity Management solutions will enable attendees to experience how healthcare providers can locate, accurately identify and cross reference their unique EHR through complex healthcare scenarios utilizing the standards-based Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) framework.
