APCER Pharma announced that in the past three months it has further
expanded its customer base and operations. APCER is a leading global
provider of comprehensive
drug safety, regulatory services and risk management programs for pharmaceutical,
biotechnology, medical device and consumer products companies. Key
events during this time period included:

Six new customers: In the past
three months APCER entered into agreements to manage international
