Aternity Inc., the industry's technology leader in end user experience management solutions for Global 1000 enterprises, announced today that Spectrum Health, a not-for-profit health system in West Michigan that offers a full continuum of care that includes the Spectrum Health Hospital Group, has selected the Aternity Frontline Performance Intelligence (FPI) Platform for its strategic end user experience management initiatives. With Aternity, Spectrum Health will be monitoring and analyzing the performance of a number of mission-critical applications including McKesson, Cerner, and Epic across a subset of its 16,000 employees.
“Our process for finding the right technology to deliver a comprehensive view of end user experience involved a number of vendor evaluations in our production environment”
By uniquely transforming every desktop, physical or virtual, into a self-monitoring platform that is user-experience aware, the Aternity Frontline Performance Intelligence Platform arms IT and business executives with empirical evidence on how application performance and usage impacts end users' productivity and how to optimize their technology to improve it. The Aternity FPI platform culls end user performance and usage metrics from mission-critical applications in both real and virtual desktop environments, enabling enterprises to quickly gain the agility required to rapidly address issues before they impact business results. Rapid implementation and integration result in immediate ROI.
"Our process for finding the right technology to deliver a comprehensive view of end user experience involved a number of vendor evaluations in our production environment," said Jeremy Meller, Director of Enterprise Operations, technology and information solutions department at Spectrum Health. "Aternity was able to offer the monitoring capabilities we require coupled with real-time analytics that will provide us with the proactive IT management approach to both application and desktop management we are looking for. Our goal is that our mission-critical business applications deliver the highest possible up-time and service levels."
"Spectrum Health is a health system that continually outperforms its peers and we are honored that after years of due diligence, they adopted Aternity as their technology-of-choice for end user experience management and monitoring." said Trevor Matz, President and CEO of Aternity. "We are confident that Aternity will provide Spectrum Health with the user-centric, proactive management capabilities they need so that they can continue to focus on their business of providing high-quality treatment and services versus being distracted by end user and application performance issues."
