CSSi, the leader in patient recruitment solutions for the clinical research industry, announced today that President Chris Trizna has been honored as one of the PharmaVOICE 100, an annual list from PharmaVOICE magazine of the most inspiring people in the life-sciences industry. Established ten years ago, the PharmaVOICE 100 is a list of honorees nominated annually by PharmaVOICE magazine readers based on essays describing how they have inspired their colleagues, competitors and respective industries. A panel of editors selects the winners based on their ability to inspire and motivate their peers, as well as their personal accomplishments, and their community and philanthropic activities.
"I am humbled and honored to have been selected by the readers of PharmaVOICE as '2014's 100 Most Inspiring People in the Life-Sciences Industry,'" said Trizna. "The inclusion in this awe-inspiring group of life-sciences leaders is truly gratifying, but the recognition would not be possible without the amazing and dedicated team behind me at CSSi. It is their passion, drive and innovation that have allowed CSSi to become the leading global patient recruitment solutions provider to the clinical trial industry."
Trizna reflects that the highlight of his career has been watching CSSi grow into the leading enrollment and recruitment service provider through organic growth and the adoption of new service offerings, including the recent formation of CSSi LifeSciences – which provides innovative solutions that span the entire lifecycle of a new drug or device by reducing time to market, development costs, and resources. "The CSSi team has grown our company into a positive environment where we foster the creativity of others and share a common goal of delivering exemplary service to our clients," Trizna explains. "At CSSi we strive to not just meet customer expectations, but to always exceed them by delivering just a little bit extra."
"Chris leads all of us by example with his unrelenting passion, clear vision, fierce tenacity and continuous innovation," says Jennifer Whitlock, CSSi Vice President. "Chris's willingness to take risks and forward thinking approach has allowed us to stay competitive in an industry that continues to evolve and change. His ability to anticipate what our customers truly need and deliver results as promised is what sets CSSi apart from our competitors. It is no surprise to us that PharmaVOICE also recognized these qualities in our incredible leader and named Chris one of their Top 100 Most Inspiring Individuals for 2014."
