Clontech releases iDimerize inducible dimerization systems

Clontech Laboratories, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Takara Bio Inc., today announced the release of the iDimerize inducible dimerization systems. Based on the widely used ARGENT™ technology developed by ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the iDimerize systems enable precise, real-time control of protein-protein interactions using specific cell-permeable chemical ligands, called dimerizers.

Multi-national consortium develops new approaches to cure the flu

The consortium also joined Vironova AB and Beactica AB (Sweden), Pike Pharma GmbH (Switzerland) and university-based research groups from Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.

Aileron Therapeutics, Roche partner to develop, commercialise Stapled Peptide Therapeutics

Aileron Therapeutics and Roche announced today that they have entered into a collaboration to discover, develop and commercialise a new class of drugs called Stapled Peptide Therapeutics.
