Axial Torsion Tester for Biomaterials and Medical Devices: eXpert 8600

ADMET provides a complete range of axial-torsion test machines that are available in floor-standing and tabletop versions.

ADMET’s eXpert 8600 Axial-Torsion testing systems are integrated with the company’s robust MTESTQuattro controller. This controller makes the testing systems well suited for testing a variety of devices and materials, such as Luer taper fittings, medical implant and body fusion devices, screws in torsion, biomaterials, and adhesives.

The eXpert 8600 has high torsional and axial rigidity, and comes with oil-free rotary and linear actuators for cleanroom operation. The testing system also features actuator strokes for increased flexibility, broad column spacings, and unlimited rotation of the torsion actuator.

In addition, ADMET provides a comprehensive range of axial-torsion chucks and grips. Users can test specimens in an optional fluid bath with cooling and heating functions to produce the required physiological setting. A wide range of axial-torsion and low-force-load transducers are available to fulfill users’ requirements.
