The Celigo Cell Cytometer Counts Every Cell in Every Well
The Celigo Imaging Cytometer offers industry-leading bright field imaging capability, together with four fluorescence channels. Thus, users can experience high speed, completely automated imaging and measurement of suspension, tumor spheroids, iPSC, adherence cells, and cancer stem cell colonies within 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, 384-, 1536-well plates, T flasks, and slides.
Proprietary optics and scanning system allow fast imaging of whole well and maintain consistent illumination and contrast out to the well edge. This enables precise identification of all cells inside each well.
The Celigo Imaging Cytometer includes an intuitive software interface and options to combine with automation platforms, thus offering labs with improved capabilities.
The Celigo Image Cytometer Provides the Best-in-Class Bright Field Imaging for All Well Sizes
Excellent Optics for Improved Image Quality
Bright field optical image quality at the edge of wells is improved, and edge optical distortion is eliminated using an F-Theta lens for excellent well edge-to-edge image contrast.

Fast Plate Scanning for Image Acquisition and Analysis
Plate acquisition speed can be drastically increased with the help of innovative plate scanning technology to ensure fast acquisition. A 384-well plate can be scanned in bright field within 2 minutes.
Ability to Scan a Variety of Plate Vessels
Wells of virtually any size can be scanned using automated image stitching that offers the ability to visualize and quantify cells and colonies in vessels up to 6-well plates and 10 cm dishes.
Accurate Quantification of Cells and Colonies
All cells and colonies in the well can be accurately quantified regardless of whether they grow uniformly across the wells.

Accurate Measurement of Adherent Cells Without Trypsinization
Users can analyze their cell sample without the need for trypsinization. This prevents the loss of cells and enables analyzing cells exactly where they grow over several scan times.

Bright Field and Four Fluorescent Channels (UV to Far Red) for Analyzing and Quantifying Multiplex Assays
Bright Field and Multi-Channel Fluorescence Imaging
A combination of bright field and fluorescent imaging can be used, thus enabling the multi-color assays from UV to Far Red to be developed.
