PRESTO W56—Process System for Dynamic Temperature Control

The water-cooled PRESTO W56 from Julabo can be applied for temperature control applications with high-performance needs very efficiently and rapidly. The system has large power reserves for difficult external applications even at low temperatures.

With the help of a magnetically coupled pump, the user can adjust pump capacity optimally to fit the application, even over height differences and huge distances, as well as for pressure-sensitive applications.

The use of advanced thermodynamic technologies denotes that the cooling capacity is adjusted automatically to the current power needs. The PRESTO W56 becomes highly economical and energy-efficient in combination with additional optimizations.

Water-glycol up to +150 °C

The PRESTO W56 has a technical innovation: pressurized temperature control with water-glycol can be achieved up to a working temperature of +150 °C by connecting an expansion kit.

Dependable and constant pump capacity, electronically adaptable pump stages or pressure value, and automatic adjustment of pump capacity to viscosity.

Several interfaces

Data management, remote control, and integration into process structures can be performed simply. Ethernet, USB, SD card, RS232, and alarm off are integrated permanently. Additional interfaces are provided as accessories.

Compact footprint

All connections, as well as supply and exhaust air, are positioned at the front or rear, without any venting grids on the sides. All units can be positioned adjacent to each other or the application.

Continuous operation up to +40 °C

Strong temperature control instrument and constant operation even at ambient temperatures of up to +40 °C.

Ultimate safety

Classification III in compliance with DIN12876-1 allows secure operation even while using flammable fluids. Automatic switch-off is possible when high temperature or low liquid level is sensed.

Duplicate safety

Variable high-temperature cut-off is available for internal tank and built-in expansion vessel.

Classification III (FL) in compliance with DIN 12876-1.
