Tensões probióticos

As bactérias probióticos vivas podem ser encontradas nos iogurtes e nos outros alimentos fortificados com probiotics. Estas bactérias “amigáveis” estão igualmente disponíveis no formulário liofilizado como tabuletas, saquinhos e pós, por exemplo.

Para compreender como uma tensão probiótico é nomeada, o GG do rhamnosus do lactobacillus casei DN-114 001 e do lactobacilo pode ser usado como exemplos. Aqui, o lactobacilo refere o género; casei ou rhamnosus à espécie, quando o GG e DN-114 001 forem designações originais da tensão.
