In vivo la microscopia di fluorescenza è una tecnica di rappresentazione che usa la fluorescenza alle celle di immagine in seno agli organismi vivi. Questo tipo di microscopia fornisce i risultati altamente accurati e tiene conto l'osservazione dello sviluppo di determinati trattamenti.
