Using Antibodies to Determine NF-kB-p65 Post Translational Modifications

Antibody products provided by Abcam can be used to determine the extent of different post-translational modifications (PTMs) and the impact they have on p65 activation.

PTMs are known to regulate p65 activation include methylation, phosphorylation and acetylation. The below figure shows where these PTMs occur on p65, and if they enhance or repress transcriptional activity.
