When I was first put on Paroxetine over 15 years ago I was told nothing about withdrawal problems. I am still on it as I am unable to stop taking it. At the time I started taking it I was very unwell and not in any position to ask about or consider withdrawal problems. It should be up to the pharmaceutical companies and doctors to inform patients about this.
