ProLine Materials Testing Machine from ZwickRoell

The twin-column ProLine testing machine is specially designed for function-testing components and for routine materials testing.

  • Available exclusively from Zwick Roell, the new high-accuracy Xforce load cells are used for all our load-frame ranges. All Xforce load cells are based on a rotation-symmetrical or axis-symmetrical design, making them highly resistant to transverse forces.
  • The data acquisition rate for the testControl measurement and control electronics is 320 kHz.
  • Intelligent sensor technology recognizes all sensors automatically and imports their settings.
  • Depending on type, ProLine is available with test speeds from 0.0005 to 1000 mm/min; speed is independent of test load. Position, force or strain control can be selected as required.
  • ProLine is available for test loads up to 100 kN and with test area heights from 1050 mm to 1370 mm.
  • ProLine can be operated with standard PCs or laptops and requires no special extension card. The Stand Alone option allows ProLine machines to be operated without a PC.
  • All testXpert® and testXpert® II test programs can be used for ProLine testing machines.
