New updates for 2017!

Direct Print to PDF

It is now possible to print a comprehensive PDF report directly to a USB drive that is inserted in the TympStar Pro. If the TympStar Pro is not close enough to a PC for convenient transfer to GSI Suite, the wireless keyboard may be utilized to add patient information and comments. The PDF reports may be added to the PC that is connected to the EMR for easy data management.

View and Edit Historic Sessions

The TympStar Pro saves 100 sessions in internal memory. It is now possible to load a historic session to view and edit the results. This is ideal when supervising students; reviewing tymps and verifying reflex threshold data provides training opportunities and demonstration of understanding. The historic sessions may be transferred or printed.

Manual Control in ETF

For ultimate flexibility in Eustachian Tube Function (intact TM) testing, the TympStar Pro now supports manual pressure control.

Interest has focused on latency characteristics, rise and fall times of the reflex response, amplitude, and recovery characteristics. This objective and fast evaluation is ideal for all ages.

Flexible Printing Options

Print directly to a printer from the TympStar Pro has never been so easy! IT is possible to choose a standard summary report, select which tests to include in the default printout or select individual tests each time you press print.

Auto sequence testing moves automatically between test types for efficient and consistent evaluations.
