ACQUITY UPLC Systems with 2D LC Technology offer the lowest dispersion system for maximum peak capacity with the most reliable, highest performing solvent managers and valve compartments on the market to ensure accuracy and precision of the entire assay.
- Ready-to-use configurations to get you to successful 2D UPLC experiments faster, with less troubleshooting and more confidence
- ACQUITY UPLC systems and proven columns enable best-in-class selectivity and sensitivity
Enhanced multidimensional UPLC capabilities
For chromatographers who require additional capabilities to increase their speed of analysis, gain sensitivity and selectivity, and perform orthogonal separations, ACQUITY UPLC systems can meet these needs by controlling multiple valves and pumps in various configurations.
The resolution, sensitivity, and throughput benefits of UPLC Technology are even more important in 2D LC applications. Waters’ 2D Technology solutions for the ACQUITY UPLC, ACQUITY UPLC M-Class, ACQUITY UPLC I-Class, ACQUITY UPLC H-Class, and ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Bio systems are purpose-built, from plumbing to software to valve control, to provide reproducible and consistent results.
Functionality to suit your laboratory's needs
ACQUITY UPLC Systems with 2D Technology can perform functions such as Trapping, Heart Cutting, Parallel Column Regeneration, At-Column Dilution, Time de-coupled chromatography, and 2D Comprehensive chromatography - all enhancing your ability to eliminate unwanted interferences, increase peak capacity and resolution for characterizing the most complex samples, and improve assay ruggedness and overall speed of analysis.
Purposefully designed for 2D LC
The ACQUITY UPLC Column Manager is specifically designed for 2D applications. Two columns with different chemistries can be housed with independent temperature control for each column, providing versatility for orthogonal separations. The column manager comes standardized with easy-to-access, low-volume, active solvent pre-heaters, resulting in the same efficiency run-to-run and system-to-system, and supports two 150-mm or four 50-mm length columns.
