Efficient work with clear signals
The Full Spectrum: The qTOWER iris can simultaneously process up to six targets, delivering clear signals across the full spectrum, spanning from Near Infrared (NIR) to UV-A. It comes factory-calibrated, eliminating the need for recalibration when incorporating new dyes.
Ergonomics: The qTOWER iris conducts a self-test before each run, and the integrity of the fiber optic system can be verified using a Fiber check. Its mechanical components are flawless, and it operates quietly, promoting a tranquil laboratory setting.
Free Choice: Color modules are available as separate options, and users have full control over the selection of dyes and consumables. The device does not necessitate recalibration when switching to new dyes, and software gain settings allow for the selective amplification of weak signals.

Accelerated research without edge effects
Precision in each well
The target temperature is achieved with precision during both heating and cooling, preventing any overshooting or undershooting, which effectively prevents false amplification (artifacts).
Additionally, there are no edge effects due to the uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire block, resulting in a deviation of only ± 0.15 ºC, as opposed to the market standard of ± 0.4 ºC. This level of precision extends to readout results as the fiber optic system advances column by column, ensuring that each well is read from the same angle, unlike camera optics.
Faster assay completion
The Linear Gradient Tool permits the examination of different temperatures column by column in a single run. It offers twelve temperature ranges for the 96-well block (24 for the 384-well block). The gradient function covers a range of up to 40 °C for the 96-well block or 24 °C for the 384-well block, with the ability to adjust it in increments of at least 0.1 °C.
