Winner Medical Group to implement SAP HCM

Winner Medical Group Inc. (NYSE Amex: WWIN; "Winner Medical", or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and exporter of medical, wound care and home care products in China, today announced that it will introduce SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM) on December 14, 2009 to systematize its human resource management. The Company will fully implement and operate the system throughout its headquarters and subsidiaries in June, 2010.

The SAP HCM software consists of many sub modules which include organization management, personnel administration, training and event management, recruitment, payroll, compensation management, budget management and so on. The software will provide the Company full functional information and solutions to forecast, retain and motivate talent aligned with the Company's long-term goals. The Company plans to implement and operate the system throughout its headquarters and subsidiaries in June 2010.
