Coalition America acquires assets of OPN eHealth Services

Coalition America announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of OPN eHealth Services, Ltd., formerly known as Ohio Provider Network (OPN), an Ohio based provider network. Coalition America will offer its clients immediate access to these providers through its comprehensive cost containment solutions.

“We are confident our clients will recognize the rewards of our continuing efforts to increase the breadth and depth of our proprietary network offering. In addition, this will position Coalition America to offer auto-liability savings in the future.”

Mollie Gordon Brown, President of Coalition America stated, "The addition of these 36,000 Ohio provider contracts further illustrates our commitment to provide optimal medical cost savings."
