Span-America declares quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share

Span-America Medical Systems, Inc. announced today that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable March 9, 2011, to shareholders of record on February 28, 2011.

"This dividend marks our 85th consecutive quarter of paying cash dividends," stated Jim Ferguson, president and chief executive officer of Span-America. "We believe our consistent program of returning a portion of Span-America's earnings to shareholders through our cash dividend program highlights our commitment to building long-term shareholder value."
