PCI | HealthDev adds Greg Pakes as Controller

PCI | HealthDev™ formerly Physicians' Capital Investments® (the Company), a leader in medical real estate development and medical investment solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Pakes as Controller. Greg will take over the position and duties held by Mary McKeogh who is retiring. Greg will be based at PCI | HealthDev's Dallas office. As Controller, Greg will lead the Company's accounting functions, as well as various associated FP&A activities and financial modeling of prospective real estate development projects. Greg will work closely with PCI's board, management, and real estate development teams to ensure that all such matters are handled in an efficient and timely manner, in order to maximize the Company's profitability and long-term growth strategies.

Greg brings over 30 years of accounting, auditing, M&A, tax and financial management experience to PCI | HealthDev.

Prior to joining PCI | HealthDev, Greg was with Schneider Electric Buildings, America, Inc., a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, holding Controller roles in both the Central Finance and Business Unit organizations.

With the addition of Greg, the Company's executive management team includes Pedro Juan Vergne-Morell (Chief Executive Officer), Francisco Javier Vergne-Morell (Executive Vice President), Andrew T. Carnahan (Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development), Jeff Kroll (Senior Vice President of Business Development and Asset Financing), Bryan Parker (Senior Vice President of Business Development in charge of the Company's relationship with DaVita Healthcare Partners, Inc.), Adam Feldman (General Counsel) and Patricia Coffey (Director of Compliance and Operations).
