    I have observed that folic acid helps in in reduction of sugar level. I m insuline ependendent. I stared using folic acid tablets. With insuline 28 units at night my sugar level remained at an average of 120. but 1st time after taking folic acid it fell down 56. than I started reducing dose of insuline. it was 70 today. I shall continue to o observe.
    Can any body explain folic acid role in diabetis
