1. How about Studying Diet and UC Severity

    Thanks for the article. I think it would be interesting to look at a large group of patients with the hope of determining if diet plays any role in the severity of the patient's UC.  I realize that this is soemthing that would be difficult to control, but I would be willing to donate as much of my time is possible to be part of something like this.  I don't think it would be too hard for me to find many others as well.  Please contact me back if that is something any medical professionals would be interested in talking about further.
