    I have recently been diagnosed with ocular histoplasmosis after noticing lines in my vision and an occasional black spot appearing on things as well as constant blurred vision.  Is this curable?  How does the doctor know which is the best treatment?  Is it common for one who has been diagnosed and has vision impairments to fully heal?  And if not, is vision loss typical?  Any help and info is greatly appreciated.
