    Interesting news, a focus on lifestyle would reveal much. Dan Buettner's book " Blue zones" highlights to us that we can live longer with very little medicine just by changing our lifestyles. For many of us living the fast urban life these wholesale changes may be too much but even adjusting our life a little will pay off in the long run. Dan recommends that we stay active, have a purpose in life, take a break, dont overeat, and also eat more vegies than meat, stay social and look after our families. Simple measures that have worked around the world.
