Preventatists find it very satisfactory that these researchers found similar results to those which have led Preventatists over the past 4 decades or so, to assist people in stressful jobs. The stress of earning a living at a job, in addition to related family problems, is exacerbated for women by the gender issue, where the age-old expectation of men to handle "tough" jobs, as witnessed upon the return of servicemen after WW1 and WW2, when they found women standing in for them whilst they went and fought.  In reality, it is a Preventatist philosophy that males are not intended to "work", whilst women are, and the social patterns of the past 10,000 years or so has reversed this natural state of affairs.  However, the good news is that Preventatism is developed to provide a defensive shield for anyone who chooses to use it, male or female, to  prevent the incoming distresses of life from developing into stress. So that is good news
