I found this article to be very interesting. It is important for all involved in the healthcare field to receive Ethics training as it encompasses many different topics. When I was in college, I took an Ethics course and another titled Minorities in America. Both were excellent. The information on how to handle ethical problems and how to handle situations with different cultures should be an ongoing learning process in theory and practice. It will help everyone in the field to be able to communicate more effectively with each other as well as with patients and their families.
