    I think the PSA tests are still recommendable, just my opinion here. I did not experience having prostate cancer, but I had to deal with strong bph symptoms, it was really uncomfortable and it just worse with the time,  I still rememeber I would stand in the restroom for about 10 minutes waiting to go to pee, I would not be able to sleep because I felt like I needed to pee almost each 5 mins... it was really a nightmare for me. The urologist told me those are normal symptoms and prescribed me alpharise health for it, well to make it short, it was the solution for my prostate problem. I really recommend it
