    This is great to hear - I had kidney stone and gout attack last week - and when I went to the Doctor, I first learned of tart cherry juice as a reducer.  Have been drinking it daily since as my uric acid results came in (9.6) and have a ways to go to get that to a normal state.  All the other components - lose weight, more exercise - will further help in my case.
