    We just lost our 3-year-old grandson (March 3rd,2011) who was less than three-weeks into his ALL luekemia treatments, to what we are almost sure was a sepsis infection.

    No words can express the meaning to our loss, and while I/we are trying hard not to get into the blame mode, if his death was preventable, due to some of the conditions discussed in article, I must admit a significant amount of anger.
