1. Why must my sensitive medical history be quickly accessable

    I am having an extremely difficult time with electronically filed medical records.    It takes a while for a patient to build trusting relationship with their doctor.  To find out that my entire history is a keystroke away does not sit well.      What happene to DO NO HARM.  What happene to Patient doctor confidentiality.   The HITECH SQUASHES THIS ALL.  

    I am not on the gov hand out list. Why must they keep track of my history?

    When patients realize that this is taking place. There will be many who are not happy.  

    From this point forward. I do not feel comfortable sharing any information that may be documented
