    Of course, the APS wants us all to get behind their occupational strategy- despite the fact their is no price tag to it-they just want the public to give them a blank check- despite the fact it doesn't have specific measures, despite the fact it doesn't call for lowering the prevalence of any painful condition, despite the fact they don't believe in cures, despite the fact they did no needs assessment and failed to consider alternatives. The NPS is more of the same careless path dependent pain care Americans have come to know and hate.
