    Except erlotinib  (tarceva) is not a chemotherapy drug. It's a TKI, which is an inhibitor drug that targets a specific mutation. Most people I know that have used erlotinib have long surpassed 6-9 month OS and have been taking it for several years and some longer. I'm glad they're using SBRT for stage IV patients, which has been done in ogliometastic disease.
