I am 54 years old, I suffer from sleep apnea, I had a triple bypass when I was 31, 2- 100% blockages and 1- 75%, when I was 49 I had a heart attack, I started using a CPap, I find I pull it off in the nights so I stopped using it...I am getting to the point where it feels like thick phlem always in my throat, I am gagging all the time and forever making awful noises trying to get it out which is very annoying to other people as well as myself.  I am tired all the time...I never want to go anywhere...maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong, could it be the setting they put me on? are you suppose to do the sleep apnea study once and that is it, or should i have it again and maybe need something different...I am gaining all kinds of weight and I feel like my eyes are puffy from tiredness.. Thank you for listening.
