This article could include the note that there are fats and oils that are health supporting such as coconut, EV Olive oil and butter and coldpressed rape - along with not reusing cooked oils.
It could also give balance as to anything that operates the detoxifying and regenerating of cells - because the toxin or stress is only part of a larger context.
Good v evil thinking doesn't serve wholeness of being. Fear - and guilt are also toxins - and can run as background beneath surface attempts to 'protect' or 'escape' a feared outcome - and actively but unconsciously undermine joy in life.
Potato is good to eat along with good fat - in my opinion - slower absorption - less of an insulin spike. But being truly present in your life - in your relationships, in your appreciations - is a diet of joy and gratitude worthy of gratitude - and not preoccupied with attempts to become valid, 'healthy' or 'better'.
Just align in who you truly feel you are and live the life you alone can be present as. If you don't know who you are because you are co-fused in what you are not/have been told/or think you should and shouldnt be - then maybe transfat & co has got into your brain cells! But aligning in true is not a guilt trip - just a deeper - and applied - honesty of being - in acts of self worth.
