    This idea of a panel review of options with the elderly when reviewing what is available to them. Call it whatever...never mind that...wasn't there a section in the proposed health care plan that discusses this and just where can it be found and what does it say? There is a lot of noise about this but it came from something that was in the bill. Can you share that section with us.
