1. Gerri Gerri United States says:

If there still are no jobs for those who no longer receive any kind of unemployment are they still not part of the unemployed???????

The current bill to extend unemloyment benefits only does something for those that have been unemployed in the past 1.5 year but nothing for those people who exhausted all of their extensions as far back as 2010.

    What about help for them.??

If you check the age of many of the long term unemployed, you will find many of them are in the age range of 50+ and are being discriminated against for jobs because of their age and because of the salaries the used.......to make.

How stupid can employers be to equate a past salary that someone made as to whether the person applying for the current job at the current salary is hireable or qualified for the job.
