    This is such BS and Congress and Obama are behind this! To do this to old people who are frail and helpless! shame on this country for not taking care of on of two of our weakest citizens. We already know they don't give a damn about kids, with judges handing out weak sentences to child molesters and rapist's now our seniors will be at high risk for abuse and death in a way that is intolerable to people who have been taxpayers.
