    No one is suggesting that after circumcision, sex is safe sex without a condom.  If you have to wear a condom anyway, why bother with the circumcision?  Removing half the skin of a genital is not something to be taken lightly, especially when condoms, when used correctly, are said to be 97% effective.  Circumcision, if you believe the three African studies, which contradict the US and UK results, is 60% effective.
    Which would you pick, given a choice?
