    The Southern California Permanente Medical Group has a 10-year pattern and practice of covering up physician sexual molestation in S. Cal. The Medical Board of California's website posted recent Disciplinary Accusations against Dr. Andrew Golden's Orange County Kaiser Permanente colleague, Family Practice Dept. Chief, and San Diego Area Director Dr. Paul Bernstein's colleague, Kaiser’s Orange County Area Medical Dir. Dr. Golden says doctors' rights, not patients, need protection.
