    In order for the already significantly iliterate society not to forget that Safe Male circumscion provides a partial risk reduction in transmission of HIV, the mobile clinic intervention teams need to put on board a Health educator who shall ensure that the message is emphasized concurrently during the circumscion process while not forgetting the Abstinence, Faithfulness and Condom Use messaging as well.
