1. HARVEY GROVE HARVEY GROVE United States says:

It is incomprehensible that any company would promote its products in a manner contrary to official FDA regulations which are designed to protect patients. The indesputable arrogence of Pfizer executives to defraud patients using unsuspecting doctors to carry out their fraudulent activity is beyond belief. The fine is not adequate because this firm has been caught doing similar activities for other products in the past. Executives are not fined personally, consequently they have not been penalized. Obviously the penalty is not adequate to deter this activity. If the key executives were hit in their pocketbook they might think before doing this again. Personally I believe they violated their responsibility to the corporation and stock holders. They do not deserve to be in charge of a company who has so much to do with the health of the nation.
