    I hope it's not expensive, because the majority of us acromegaly patients with bad symptoms find it hard to work, so most are just struggling to buy groceries and maintain a roof over our heads..  Glad there is research being done, don't get me wrong, I know how expensive research can be, but I don't know how we're going to afford these treatments, especially since they will have to be taken the rest of our lives.  Yes, I do want to feel better with a lower IGF level, so I guess each will have to weigh the odds.  Feel better and work, or work to feel better...
