    In the last 30 years, global depression rates have gone through the roof, yet the treatments for it have remained the same. Einstein said that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the very definition of insanity. Therefore, we cannot expect rates of depression in the world to fall or the problem to be addressed properly until we change the treatment methods for it. This is why natural treatments should get more exposure.
